Stormvane pilot terms

1. The pilot

• Stormvane runs on your brand's own catalog for 60 days from the day you go live, free. No card is needed and nothing bills automatically.
• We aim to have you live within 7 days of acceptance.
• Seats are limited to 10 per launch niche (RUO peptides, nootropics). Applications are reviewed, not automatic.

2. What you get

• Full Stormvane for your catalog: daily alerts, your client page and the weekly brief.
• First access to every new module as it ships.
• Your requests go to the top of the build queue, and a direct line to the founder.
• A State of Your Niche report at the end of the pilot, yours to keep whether or not you continue.
• Setup is waived, now and later.

3. After the pilot

• You choose: subscribe at the founding rate, or stop with nothing owed.
• The founding rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed, if you subscribe within 14 days of the pilot ending.
• Referrals: each brand you refer that joins the pilot adds 30 free days to yours, up to 60.

4. What we ask

• A 15-minute feedback call every two weeks, plus check-ins at day 30 and day 60.
• An anonymized quote about your experience after the pilot. You can opt out.

5. Your data

• What it is. "Client Data" means anything you choose to give us during the pilot: product or sales exports, catalog lists, feedback on alerts, and login details for your own users. Public market data we collect from the open web is not Client Data.
• Product-level only. Sales exports should contain products, dates, units and revenue only. Do not include customer names, emails, addresses or payment details. If an upload contains them, we delete those fields on receipt.
• Use. We use Client Data only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, share it with other clients, show it in other clients' reports, use it in public statistics, or use it in marketing or samples.
• Ownership. You own your Client Data. We own the service and the public-data reports it produces; you may use your reports for your own business without limit.
• Storage. Client Data is kept on our server and in encrypted backups, with access limited to Doppler staff. Some processing uses AI service providers that do not train their models on it.
• Deletion. You can ask us to delete your Client Data at any time. We delete it from the live system within 7 days and from backups within 30 days, and confirm in writing. The same happens within 30 days after the pilot ends unless you ask us to keep it.
• Confidentiality. Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential, during and for 2 years after the pilot.
• No advice. Doppler reports are business intelligence, not legal, regulatory or medical advice. Confirm regulatory decisions with qualified counsel.
• Security incidents. If we learn of unauthorized access to your Client Data, we tell you within 72 hours with what we know.

6. The fine print

• Stormvane informs, it does not advise. Nothing we send is legal, regulatory or medical advice; confirm regulatory decisions with qualified counsel.
• Stormvane uses public data. We don't guarantee completeness or accuracy, and we are not liable for decisions made on it.
• Either side can end the pilot at any time by email. Sections 5 and the confidentiality terms survive.
• We may update these terms for future pilots; your accepted version stays in force for your pilot.

Each accepted pilot confirms these terms by email reply ("I agree to the Stormvane pilot terms").
