What we mean by your data
Your data is anything you choose to give us during the pilot: product or sales exports, catalog lists, feedback on alerts, and login details for your own users.
The public market data we collect from the open web is not your data. It is how we do our job, and it is the same for every client.
Product-level only
A sales export only needs products, dates, units and revenue. Please do not include customer names, emails, addresses or payment details.
If an upload contains them anyway, we delete those fields when we receive it.
What we never do with it
- We do not sell it.
- We do not share it with other clients or show it in their reports.
- We do not use it in public statistics.
- We do not use it in marketing or samples.
We use your data only to provide the service to you.
Who owns it
You own your data. We own the service and the reports it produces from public data. You can use your reports in your business as much as you like.
Where it is kept
Your data is stored on our server and in encrypted backups, and access is limited to our team.
Some processing uses AI service providers. They do not train their models on your data.
Deleting it
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We remove it from our live systems within 7 days and from backups within 30 days, and we confirm in writing.
The same happens within 30 days after the pilot ends, unless you ask us to keep it.

Confidentiality and security
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential, during the pilot and for 2 years after.
If we learn that someone has accessed your data without permission, we tell you within 72 hours, with what we know.
